My name is Maddie and I have worked as a tutor for over 6 years, and also have experience in the IT field. I also enjoy learning languages, and have learnt Korean as my second language, but I am always willing to learn more in the future. I also love to travel, I have visited countries such as South Korea, Greece, Philippines, USA, Norway, Italy and Hungary. When I am at home, my hobbies also include looking after my 2 cats and playing golf.

Tutoring Experience

As I am also able to speak Korean, I have a lot of experience teaching Korean students, however, I have experience teaching students from all over the world, including students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Poland and more. I have worked as an English Tutor for Foreign Language students for over 6 years, teaching students of many ages, starting from as young as 3 years old. I have experience teaching students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor my classes to each students goals and abilities, and prepare content that the student wants to learn. I want my classes to be enjoyable for all students, so I am happy to change the lesson to fit the needs of the student. I mainly teach through conversation based classes, which allows students to experience realistic conversations and learn commonly used words and phrases. However, I also have text book activities we can complete in order to study in more detail.
