Tutoring Approach

I put the learner's needs first.
Creativity, diversity and inclusion are fundamental characteristics that can be seen throughout both my teaching and published material. It is founded upon the communicative approach, that has taken me from my pass with merit CertTESOL and Tefl-YL to a distinction in a post 16 PGCE course specialising in ESOL.

I am driven by my passion for education, whereby we can share our knowledge in an open and supportive environment. I set challenging but realistic targets and questions, pushing and believing in all students encouraging them to reach their ability in a dynamic, engaging and innovative way. Wherever I have worked, I have always taken pride in my reliability and wanting to challenge myself.
