¡Hola! I’m Matt, a seasoned language teacher with a passion for making learning enjoyable and effective. Currently, I’m pursuing a master’s in Applied Linguistics and hold a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages. With over a decade of experience working with children and young people in diverse educational settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge in teaching both Spanish and English. I’ve worked across various countries and have a DBS check, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and professionalism. My goal is to help my students feel confident and excited about learning Spanish!

Tutoring Experience

With over 10 years of teaching experience in both traditional and online settings, I’ve taught students from KS3 to A-levels, and beyond. I have taught in Spain, across the UK, and even in summer camps. My experience spans exam preparation, from GCSEs to Oxbridge entrance, as well as guiding learners from beginner to advanced levels in both English and Spanish. I also work as a CCEA examiner, ensuring I’m up to date with exam standards and techniques. My students benefit from personalised learning plans, whether it’s for exam success or conversational fluency.
