I have significant experience studying chemistry, recently obtaining my PhD from the University of Nottingham and publishing my work in a top peer reviewed journal. My research mainly focused on organic chemistry, however I have a broad knowledge of all fields within chemistry from my study at undergraduate and master’s levels. I would like to use the knowledge I have gained to help others in their chemistry journey.

Tutoring Experience

During my PhD study, I opted to sign up as a laboratory demonstrator, requiring me to deliver practical classes to undergraduate and master’s students. In addition, this required to tutor chemistry theory to students in order to support their practical learning. In total, I have 3 years of teaching experience at university level.

Tutoring Approach

I am a patient teacher who wants to ensure the highest level of understanding and learning for the student. I believe the student should feel comfortable and be able to learn at their own pace for optimal results.
