I am currently studying Primary Education with QTS at Middlesex University. I am particularly passionate about maths and would love the opportunity to share my knowledge with children in primary or secondary school.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience with reception children in primary schools so far with more placements in primary schools ks1 and ks2 scheduled over the next two years. I have no experience teaching secondary school children but would love to have this opportunity, I feel as though I would be a great fit.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is visual and representative, maths is much easier to learn when it is explained clearly using visuals and methods that can be engrained into your mind. I am also a big advocate for mastering a topic before being able to move on to a new topic, often maths is just building on knowledge from previous years so it is crucial to get the foundations nailed down first.
