Tutoring Experience

I studied at the University of Bath for my Bachelor's degree in Social Science. I then became a Teaching Assistant in Manchester, which fuelled my love for teaching. In 2021, I trained at UCL to become a Psychology teacher - and have since taught many other subjects. I've taught at 4 different schools over the last 4 years around South London. I work mainly with 6th form pupils. 93% of my students last year achieved A*-C grade in Psychology and 100% achieved A*- C in Sociology.

Tutoring Approach

For each session, I will provide all the material myself (photocopies, handouts) - this can be emailed ahead of time. Every is included in the price per hour.

I have a great deal of experience working with all ages and levels. I try my best to include a variety of different activities within each lesson to balance the teacher-led and student-led tasks. However, I believe the key to achieving a good grade at A level Psychology is lots of exam practice- so that will be the main focus once the content has been fully understood.
