Hello! My name is Nella, and I am excited to offer GCSE Maths tutoring. I recently completed my A-levels at Epsom College, where I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Maths and next year, I will be pursuing a degree in Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE).

My journey into tutoring began when I started helping my younger brother and friends with their Maths homework and exam preparations. Witnessing their progress and newfound confidence was incredibly rewarding and sparked my passion for teaching. I believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can excel in Maths.

I have been tutoring friends, school mates and my brother for a couple of years now, helping them out with exam practice and homework. I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals and see them enjoy and thrive whilst succeeding in maths.

My teaching style is highly interactive and focuses on building a strong theoretical foundation before reinforcing it with ample practice. I believe that understanding the theory behind mathematical concepts is crucial for long-term success. Therefore, I start by thoroughly explaining the underlying principles and ensuring students grasp the fundamentals. Once the theory is clear, we dive into numerous practice questions to solidify understanding and build confidence. This approach not only helps in mastering the material but also makes learning engaging and effective.
