Hello! My name is Nina and I am a King's College graduate with a degree in my BA in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics.
I have 10 years worth of experience in private tutoring from primary school students up to post-graduate level in English, Philosophy and Religious Studies.
I'm a friendly, interactive tutor and will make sure to have clear lesson plans that are fun as well as informative as well as providing your child with study notes and small pieces of homework to do for our next meeting.
I am happy to teach lessons online or teach in my home or yours. Please note there will be a small additional travel cost in the case of coming to you.
Specifically, I teach a lot of 11+, GCSE and A level students for exam preparation, and I have helped undergraduate and postgraduate students in Philosophy/Anthropology/Sociology with essay structure, grappling difficult topics and how to properly argue a philosophical standpoint.
Please do message me if you are interested in any of the subjects I have advertised and we can discuss a convenient time to start lessons.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I have been providing private tutoring for the last 10 years and have taught students in English, Philosophy, Religious Studies and Economics.
I have a wide variety of experience with previous students from primary school right up to degree level.
I also have experience working with SEN children at university with a company called Randstad.
I am a very interactive and friendly tutor and I like to make sure my students are really grasping and understanding topics rather than just memorising them.
I always make sure to organise clear lesson plans as well as providing work sheets and study notes for my students to ensure that we have the most productive use of our time.
I try to make my lessons interesting and fun wherever possible to ensure my students are happy and ready to learn.
I use a lot of positive praise and encouragement to make sure that lessons are fun, and you love to learn with me.
I will always cater the lesson to your personal needs and figure out what learning style works best for you, making sure our classes give you the best possible results.
