Tutoring Experience
I have more than 24 years of experience teaching 11 PLUS, English language, literature, at Key Stage Three, GCSE and A Level. I have also successfully examined for A Level English with AQA and I have many years experience of private tutoring.
Tutoring Approach
I offer detailed guidance and practice through discussion, shared reading, targeted questioning, modelling and providing resources for students to use. I also use online interfaces like ZOOM and SKYPE where applicable and reading programmes to boost vocabulary and reading skills for students. My fees as advertised are for group classes. One to one starts at 30 pounds.
