Qualified English teacher with 10 years experience in private tutoring.

I am a native English-speaker with a passion for teaching my mother tongue. At Oxford University, I discovered that a one-to-one approach is by far the best way to learn a language.

I graduated from Oxford with a Double First in 2011, and, since then, have been working as a lawyer, writer and teacher.

In 2013 I took the Cambridge University Certificate in teaching English as a foreign language in order to develop my teaching skills.

I also help with preparation for Oxbridge interviews.

I always focus on the individual goals of the client.

Classes are structured and dynamic. They may be based on relevant films, texts, or particular scenarios.

I aim to be encouraging throughout. Language learning is challenging but it should also be fun and rewarding.

I am very happy to provide homework for a client. Self-study makes a huge difference in progress made.
