My name is Paul, and I’m a native Spanish and English speaker from Barcelona, Spain. I did GCSEs and A-Levels, and was awarded a Pearson Learner Award for achieving the highest mark in the country for GCSE Spanish, and got an A* for the subject at A-Level. I am very familiar with the curriculum and have extensive tutoring experience with people across all age groups and levels of expertise.

I grew up in Thailand, where I studied the English curriculum and took Spanish GCSE and A-level. My academic achievements include A*A*A* at A-level and a first-class undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol. My strong academic background and personal experience with the Spanish language make me well-equipped to support you in your learning journey.

Tutoring Experience

I have extensive experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level Spanish to students of all expertise levels, I have tutored around 10 students so far. My tutoring sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of the language and achieve their academic goals.

Tutoring Approach

I tutor one-on-one and make sure to implement a client-focused approach. The first time we meet will be a free 25 minute session and it will be an opportunity for us to get to eachother and to explain a little about yourself and your aims in learning Spanish. Based on this session, I will be able to gauge your level of Spanish, and create tailored lessons and presentations based on your level of expertise.
