Peju's Feedback

Have just started with Peju. She seems to be quite knowledgeable and my son is getting on well with her.

Her price is a bit steep though.

Peju has been teaching English KS3 to my son for a year and I have seen a marked improvement not only in his concentration and his ability to focus on a particular topic. But also his comprehension. Peju is firm, very patient and fair she is just what my son needs.

Peju has been helping my daughter with her GCSE English. My daughter has been suffering from mental health illness and therefore required special care. Peju's approach is caring, thoughtful and patient. She makes sure her lessons meet my daughter's need and helped her to engage during lesson. My daughter is greatly benefitted from her lessons.

It is obvious Peju has a love for teaching and has been quite exceptional in her classes with my kids. Peju has adapted her teaching methods to fit the requirement of my kids and this for me is what differentiates her.

Peju has been tutoring my son for his GCSE English over a month and it has been a great experience. Lessons have been engaging and useful and her feedback after every session is helpful and valuable.

Her teaching methods are great and my son has been challenged but not overwhelmed. As a parent we have seen a lot improvement in his writing and reading.

Peju has been fantastic. From the start she really understood the importance of using our session to not only strengthen the boys foundations of maths & English but to really help them practice resilience, problem solving and receiving feedback. She has honed in on what they need really quickly and always makes the sessions fun for them - it’s really so helpful for them to have someone outside of school to help build a positive attitude to learning.

I have tasked Peju with running a weekly book/literacy class for a group of young teenagers in a home education setting. She has done a fantastic job over a course of 10 weeks and we are now busy planning the next course.
Peju has demonstrated every quality you’d expect and desire – careful planning, engaging delivery combining structure as well as flexibility, enthusiasm for the subject well echoed by the participants and a detailed feedback after each lesson. She has worked closely with the parents to achieve the goals agreed (both academic and practical) and readily accommodated needs and requests arising throughout the course.
Peju is a warm and caring person and she connected with the children right from the start. She created a safe and encouraging environment for them to explore, express and share and made each lesson a celebration of thought and discovery.

I hadn't studied English Language since I left school two years ago and I decided to study a distance learning English Language A- Level. When I received the course I didn't know where to start or have the motivation to begin the course. I decided that I needed a tutor to guide me in writing essays and continuing with the course.
