I am a teacher who believes everyone can succeed in science with the right help and approach.
I enjoy science and science teaching, and pass my enthusiasm on to my students to make learning a pleasurable experience.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 19 years teaching experience in the sciences, to include GCSE Chemistry, AS Chemistry and A2 Chemistry. GCSE Biology, A level Biology,GCSE Physics, IGCSE, IAL. Expert examiner for Chemistry.

I have experience of running revision work shops and preparing students for exams, and I am an Expert Examiner for Chemistry.

Tutoring Approach

Often students find they have particular topics that they have difficulty with and we work on these to build the student's confidence and understanding. By getting rid of the 'Gremlins' we can focus on preparing for the exams.

I prepare handouts of our lessons and Powerpoints for students to take home with them so they have these resources to refer to and use for revision.
