Penny worked with my child for half a term and made a difference in their engagement and confidence. Penny was calm, patient and kind. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to work with Penny as she has other work commitments.

Really good at engaging with young people, with a targeted approach to give the uplift in grades our daughter needs. Our daughter went from -2 to a 5 in English which was just amazing, totally recommend Penny.

Penny is an amazing tutor! My son missed a lot of school due to COVID. Penny stepped up to the challenge and tutored him in English for a year. She has such a professional way with my son and his special needs. The tutoring she provided was exceptional and went above and beyond anything I expected. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding support she gave.

Penny is excellent at getting to know her students and how to get the best out of them. She is very knowledgeable of the GCSE syllabus.

Penny is a 5 star tutor. My 15 year old son needed to improve his grades In English GCSE and found Penny's method of teaching easy to follow with useful ways that can not only help him score but also learn the language for practical purposes. His confidence has increased which has been shown with his grades going up in English. As a parent, Penny is flexible, fair and follows up her lesson with a quick summary for me , so I can also know the plan for lesson and homework. I highly recommend Penny for English tuition.

Penny helped my daughter obtain her English GCSE this Summer. Penny was extremely friendly and polite, making the lessons fun and enjoyable. We only had the benefit of Penny's knowledge for a few months and I now wish I had found her earlier.

Penny came and tutored my son on the lead up to his GCSE's, he was really struggling with getting his thoughts down on paper, his spelling and constructing a well written piece of work. My son really warmed to Penny's method of teaching, a relaxed approach with firm goals and expectations.
As a result my son has gained the level 5 grade he required to continue to do A levels, something that was beyond his own expectations 12 months ago.

Penny has engaged my 15 year old son with English using different methods including video and PowerPoint. I just asked Max if he has anything to add and he said "she is nice and a good teacher." Man of few words but to the point! I would definitely recommend Penny she is polite and personable.
