Pranab

Hi there! I’m Pranab and I'm currently in my final year studying Civil Engineering at Cardiff University.
Mathematics has been a significant part of my schooling life; having done it in A-levels, as well has using applied mathematics throughout my degree. It is a field I’m passionate about, and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.

Tutoring Experience

Having tutored GCSE maths previously in my local secondary school, as well has providing private tutoring lessons to relatives/ family friends, I am excited to join FirstTutors. I look forward to passing my knowledge and experience with fellow students, and hope to create an ideal environment for learning. It has been very rewarding seeing my past students excel in their GCSEs, and I hope to do the same here.

Tutoring Approach

For me identifying the strengths and weakness of the student is the beginning of my teachings. Upon doing so, I shape up lessons to be focused on each of their weaknesses, ensuring they reach up to a high standard.
I make sure the student is comfortable with very single aspect of the GCSE Maths specification. Exams may seem challenging but with enough preparation and smart revision, any grade is achievable.
