Academic Year 2023-2024:

Primary School Improvements:

Lucy (Eleven Plus, GL Assessment): Lucy started with limited confidence in her verbal reasoning skills. Through engaging exercises and practice papers, her skills improved significantly, and she gained admission to Altrincham Grammar School for Girls.

Jacob (Eleven Plus, CEM Style): Jacob struggled with time management and exam pressure. I introduced timed mock exams and relaxation techniques, helping him secure a place at St Ambrose College.

Isabella (Independent School Entrance Exams): Isabella successfully passed 6 out of 7 entrance exams for top private and grammar schools, including Loreto Grammar School and Manchester High School for Girls, after targeted preparation and mock exams.

A-Level Improvements:

James (A-Level Business, Edexcel): James was scoring around a C due to difficulty in analyzing case studies. We worked on key points extraction and answer structuring, leading him to an A.

Primary Students:

For primary students, particularly those preparing for the Eleven Plus and independent school entrance exams, my approach focuses on building a solid foundation in core subjects and developing critical thinking skills. I have successfully placed 43 students in top private and grammar schools after passing independent school tests or the Eleven Plus exams.

Last year, one of my students passed 6 out of 7 entrance exams for prestigious private and grammar schools, demonstrating the effectiveness of my methods. I create an engaging, supportive, and structured environment, adapting my teaching style to match each child's learning preferences — whether visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. I use interactive activities, games, and practical examples to make learning enjoyable and effective. I maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on progress and collaborate to address any areas of concern.

GCSE and A-Level Students:

I work with all major exam boards for GCSE and A-Level Economics and Business, including AQA, OCR, Edexcel, WJEC, and Cambridge Pre-U.
