Hello, my name is Becca. I graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester with a Diploma of Higher Education. During my time at the RNCM I specialised in trumpet performance in classical, jazz, pop and contemporary styles. I also have A-Levels in Music, English and Theatre Studies.
I am now based in Manchester, where I tutor both children and adults on a 1-2-1 basis. I have also worked in schools supporting SEND and SEMH pupils 1-2-1 and in small groups.
My teaching approach focuses on each pupil as an individual. I will work with pupils to establish what personal goals you have and support you to achieve them.
I also believe that learning should be fun. This is something I will always try to incorporate into lessons to create a positive learning enviroment. I strongly believe that pupils who enjoy what they are doing will progress quicker and be more self motivated to learn and improve.
