I have been teach A level psychology for a number of years at a sixth form college. I am an AQA examiner and have been rated as an outstanding teacher. I would like to provide tuition and revision guidence to students in the local area.

Tutoring Experience

I have a degree in psychology and a PGCE in sciences. I have previously taught GCSE science and have taught A level psychology for 8 years. I currently teach the AQA specification but I am able to tutor any exam board. I have helped previous students attain high grades and have been rated as an outstanding teacher on numerous occasions.

Tutoring Approach

I help students develop their extended answer skills and give advice on planning example essays. I am open and supportive and will encourage students to complete work outside of tutoring sessions. As I am an examiner and take part in training sessions with the exam board I am aware of the requirements and can make sure the necessary skills are developed. I will provide example exam papers and practise questions which can be completed in timed conditions.
