I'm 30 years old and have completed an MPhil in Materials Science, specifically graphene research, at the University of Manchester, having previously graduated with a MEng in Materials Science and Engineering.

I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry, History, German and English as part of the International Baccalaureate in the sixth form.

I completed 15 GCSEs with 10 A* and 5 A grade results.

I am extremely familiar with secondary school exam techniques.

Tutoring Experience

I have done tutoring at GCSE level in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English.

I helped fellow students with problems sheets during my masters course.

Tutoring Approach

Get to know the tutees abilities at first and then focus on weaknesses. Repetition of subjects is often necessary for complete understanding and so topics that are a weakness will be reevaluated frequently.

I am quick to understand what works and what doesn't for a tutee with regard to learning and revision.
