I am a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for both personal and academic development. Currently, I am pursuing a Chartered Business Management Degree Apprenticeship and am on track to achieve First-Class Honours. Alongside my studies, I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular gym sessions, which helps me stay disciplined and focused.

I have experience in managing a variety of professional responsibilities, having previously worked at British Car Auctions, and I understand the importance of time management and dedication to achieving goals. Additionally, my background in business management gives me a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skills that are essential in delivering high-quality tutoring support.

Tutoring Experience

Although I do not have formal teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to tutor younger students during my time in both secondary school and college. I supported them in various subjects, helping them improve their understanding and confidence in key areas of their studies. This experience has given me insight into effective communication and how to tailor my approach to different learning styles.

In addition, I regularly assist my three younger siblings with their homework. One of them has learning difficulties, which has taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and finding creative ways to explain complex topics. These experiences have helped me develop skills in nurturing a positive learning environment and supporting others to succeed academically.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is centered on understanding the unique needs and learning styles of each student. I believe that every individual learns differently, and my goal is to create a tailored learning experience that makes complex concepts more accessible and engaging. By fostering a positive and supportive environment, I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and develop a genuine interest in the subject matter.

I aim to break down difficult topics into manageable steps, using real-world examples or analogies where possible to make the material more relatable. Having worked with students of different abilities, including one of my younger siblings with learning difficulties, I have learned to be patient and adaptable, adjusting my methods to ensure that every student can progress at their own pace.

Above all, I focus on building students' confidence and helping them develop the tools they need to become independent learners. I see tutoring not just as a means to improve grades, but as a way to empower students to take ownership of their education.
