I love teaching students and focus on an interactive teaching and learning approach with lots of retrieval practice of previous materials. I have been teaching A level Psychology for 25 years. I have also taught WJEC Criminology and BTEC Applied Psychology.
Interactive and student focussed. I am friendly and personable and well able to provide personalised support which will find out and fix any learning gaps using meta cognitive strategies including lots of retrieval practice. I will break down skills and create strategies to maximise exam results. Research Methods is a topic students often find challenging and I love teaching this and helping students to maximise marks on this integral section of the course.
