I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Primary Education, and have over 20 years of teaching experience in culturally diverse schools. As a passionate and dedicated educator, I enjoy planning, delivering, and tailoring lessons to suit a wide range of learners. I am fully DBS-checked and committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Beyond education, I have a deep appreciation for cultural arts, music, theatre, and dance. My love for exploration has taken me across the world, where I’ve immersed myself in different artistic traditions. I regularly attend theatre performances, having watched most major musicals, and I delight in dancing styles such as rumba, salsa, quickstep, Bollywood, and Bhangra.
Fitness and philanthropy also play a significant role in my life. I have a passion for running and have actively fundraised for charitable causes. As a British Punjabi married to a Portuguese, I cherish exploring Portugal and embracing its rich culture. I am fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu and, as someone who enjoys continuous learning, I am currently acquiring Portuguese.
Additionally, I hold the Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults, qualifying me to teach English to adult learners with English as a second language. Based in Buckhurst Hill with my family, I am available to tutor local pupils, offering tailored educational support in a welcoming environment.

Tutoring Experience

Tutoring Approach

Starting this September, these lessons are open to children from primary schools who attend state schools. With a personalised approach to learning, I’ll help your child thrive academically while keeping the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
