I’m a qualified teacher and health professional. I’ve worked in higher education for 13 years as a senior lecturer. I’ve moved to tutoring to get a better work life balance. I enjoy seeing students becoming more confident and growing their knowledge.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve worked within critical care since 1995, in 2009 I moved to health education. I specialise in A&P and clinical skills, and have taught and run modules across a variety of programs (Paramedic, ODP, and nursing. I’ve also run CPD modules in anaesthetic’s and post op care for nurses.

Tutoring Approach

I like to start with understanding what level of understanding the student has and then build a custom approach that offers the student a variety of learning opportunities. I use a variety of approaches including quizzes, practical examples and revision materials.
