Hi! I’m Solomiya, a Mathematics undergraduate at the University of Warwick. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the UK a few years ago and achieved 3 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, and Economics at A Level.
I’ve gained tutoring experience by supporting younger students during sixth form, helping friends prepare for exams, and offering guidance on tricky Maths topics.
In my sessions, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation, then applying that knowledge through guided practice. I always encourage questions and adapt my explanations to suit how each student learns best, whether that’s through visual examples, step-by-step breakdowns, or intuitive shortcuts. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. My goal is not just to help you improve your grades, but to help you feel capable and even enjoy the process of learning Maths.
