Sophie
Hi, my name is Sophie and I am currently studying for an integrated masters in Zoology at the University of Leeds. Following success at both GCSE and A level Biology (receiving a 9 and A* grade), I am confident in my learning approaches and revision techniques and look forward to helping others achieve their potential. Having only done my A level exams recently (in 2022), I have very up-to-date knowledge on the syllabus and exam technique.
Tutoring Experience
I thoroughly enjoy working as a swimming instructor for all ages (children and adults) and have done this since 2021. This has resulted in me developing a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I also have experience tutoring friends and family members for GCSE and A level Biology who have all been successful.
Tutoring Approach
Everyone learns differently and I aim to deliver information on a way that benefits each individual, whether it be through diagrams, the use of practise questions, auditory information and acronyms etc. Understanding is key for remembering!
