I am a trainee Primary teacher specialising in 5-11.
I am a graduate of the University of a Sheffield with a Masters in English Literature. I also attended St. Mary's University in Twickenham where I achieved a BA Hons in English and Creative Writing at University at a 2.1 level.
Tutoring Experience
I have experience working within schools during my teacher training and am up to date with the current curriculum. I have led classes in most subjects.
I have experience in teaching French exchange students conversational English for everyday use. I am a very patient, friendly and approachable person and I was a Peer Mentor in secondary school, so young students could speak to me if they had any problems.
Tutoring Approach
I am a very good listener and I alter my tutoring techniques to suit the student. I am very understanding and I am proud when the student completes the tasks.
