Tutoring Approach

My work is the teaching of knowledge and skills. This requires both subject and pedagogical expertise. It also requires an understanding of children, their needs and what motivates them - some children are ready to learn, others are not. Remove the barriers to learning and every child can thrive. My approach, therefore, is flexible, friendly, but firm and aims to give the best to all children.
