My daugher Grace says "I think is very good and makes learning fun. He is helping to build up my confidence for my Science GCSEs coming in the next couple of months".

He is currently helping her with her GCSE revision.

My daughter enjoys working with Stuart. He clearly understands what her needs are and she is more than happy working with him to consolidate her understanding of chemistry and also improve on her exam technique too.

From the minute I met Stuart with my daughter to discuss tutoring for A Level Biology I knew he was the right tutor for the job. He has a fantastic rapport. After only one session my daughter feels she has learnt more than all her first year of lessons because Stuart gives her the self confidence in her own knowledge.

Stuart has been excellent, he's established a good rapport with my teenage son and they seem to be working really well together. The proof of the pudding will be in the exams later this month, but I can already see progress/greater confidence and he has also helped with Uni application and interview technique prep.

Stuart is an amazing tutor. Hes been so supportive of my daughter and is so efficient. My daughter was so stressed until she was able to get support from Stuart. Hes really helped her to manage her work load better and to feel more confident in her own abilities. I cant rate him highly enough.

I couldnt start lessons for my daughter because of the corona emergency, and the cancellation of the exams.

Not so much wrong with the actual tutoring, just don't think the online skype-ing worked as hoped. I have another online tutor who I have had a great experience with and this time the quality was poor and the screen was moving a lot. It was quite informal and the second session he wrote down the time wrong and left me waiting. I understand mistakes happen, this is just not for me! Thankyou anyway, I will be on the hunt again! :)

Stuart is the best biology teacher we have ever met. He is excellent in teaching. His method is logic, systematic and extends to application. He is very nice and friendly and make student feel comfortable and confident! Highly recommend to everyone!

Stuart has a really relaxed teaching style yet is still highly effective. Having come from a grade D to a B within only a few sessions I have seen the difference. He is able to not only teach the syllabus but communicate it in a way which is easy to understand and adapts it to your individual learning style. He has a wealth of knowledge to share and vast experience teaching, I would highly recommend him

Stuart is very friendly and easy to engage with in sessions. He's always more than willing to help and replies to email inquiries very quickly. He also helps you consider things 'outside the box' in order to stand out in writing essays. Overall I would definitely recommend Stuart to anyone studying the healthcare sciences.

Stuart is a very proficient tutor who is currently assisting my son with his AS P E course. My son has already found his sessions extrememely useful in clarifying topics and finds his support reassuring. The tuition is proving invaluable in reinforcing his schoolwork and giving him a chance to ask about anything he does not understand.

Stuart is really helping my son with his PE AS level, and the 30 minute short sharp lessons work well keeping him motivated and focused. He is tutoring online and is always ready on time , and has also given my son crib notes which will help him greatly with his revision.

A very positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching which has enabled my son to grow in self-confidence, improve his exam technique and gain a much better understanding of the subject

I beleave stuart to be a very good tutor however teaching through skype especially a bad connection like I have doesnt work. I need for of a one to one old style teaching but for a younger student who doesnt require one to one stuart would be great.

Excellent tutor who has really helped my son with his confidence and belief in himself with his gcse PE. My son is extremely dyslexic and has a scribe for the exams. Stuart has helped him become more fluent talking about his PE knowledge. Thank you.

Hi Stuart, I was looking for a way to leave feedback on the site for you for the benefit of other tutees but can't find how to do it. Anyway, just to reiterate that you were a huge help to our son (doing an A level biology module), very flexible and approachable, and particularly good on teaching him exam technique. He moved his mark from a D in his mock exam, to an A in the actual exam, scoring 100%!

Just re-sat her AS1 Biology exam and she was pretty sure she had done ok as she had learnt exam techniques from Stuart and knew her "stuff"!

I can highly recommend Stuart as a tutor. We tried tutoring online over skype and it worked really well. Our daughter was very worried and had no confidence as it was the first gcse exam she had taken. He really helped her, giving her confidence and she was very calm for the exam. She achieved a C grade which considering only 4 A's were achieved in the year, she was really pleased with herself. Thank you Stuart.

I'd recommend Stuart for anyone who is in higher education. I was days
away from leaving me nursing degree because I was struggling. I made contact with Stuart and the best thing I felt was he listen and didnt judge me. We drafted a plan and he gave me hope I could achieve to my optimal level which I believe I am now.
