Hello! I'm a native Mandarin speaker and I did my PhD degree in linguistics at UEA. I've taught teaching linguistics as well as Mandarin at UEA. I now work at the University of Sheffield.

I got my BA in English in China and I worked in Shanghai for 7 years before I came to England in 2015 for my MA in Language and Intercultural Communication. I'm always fascinated by the power of language and interested in learning and teaching languages. I would love to meet you and walk you through the journey of learning Mandarin.

I have been tutoring Chinese at UEA since January 2017. I have also been teaching linguistics since 2018 at UEA.
