Graduated with a masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Aberdeen. I currently work as mechanical analysis engineer for an Automotive company. I have always enjoyed mathematics, hence why I chose to have a career in the engineering industry where I have the opportunity to apply mathematics to real life problems and think of innovative solutions.
Taught Maths to student of levels primary to A-level whilst at school through to university.
Start off by a mini quiz/chat to see what level the student is at and see how the student understand and solves the problem.
Depending on the year/level the student is at, we will work through basic knowledge and steps that can be used to solve more complex problems. After each lesson where a maths topic is covered I will provide homework on the topic to be submitted online via email a few days before the lesson. I will then provide a basic outline of what will be covered in the next class.
Mini quizzes will also be provided to test student’s knowledge of all the topics that have been covered once/twice a month.
