I am a Biology, Science and Maths teacher with 7 years teaching and 4 years tutoring experience. I have experience teaching GCSE and A levels and am currently teaching IGCSE Science and IB Biology. My philosophy to education is to simplify content and support my students to make connections with the real world. Additionally, I prioritise the fine-tuning of exam skills to ensure my students maximise their academic attainment. I have developed online resources which accelerate understanding and facilitate immediate results.

Tutoring Approach

Learning is not easy!! It is all about the process and I enjoy working 1 to 1 with students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses to establish goals and targets. I am passionate about learning and can empathise that every learner is different, therefore I employ numerous techniques to ensure students grasp concepts and progress autonomously and prepare them to succeed in examinations. I challenge students to develop a strong content base and exam strategies to excel and succeed in their chosen fields. I have high expectations of my tutees in order to achieve excellent results.
