Hi! I’m Will, a passionate tutor, specialising in History, Biology and Chemistry. I am excited to spark students interests in learning and so they can do their best in their examinations. I have experience tutoring both privately and in larger group settings and am able to tutor for most exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, Edexcel IGCSE and OCR.

Throughout my time as a student I have become interested in helping others achieve their best.
Over the last few years I have run ‘GCSE Crash Courses’ which have re-capped all the the GCSE content of subjects such as History, Biology and Chemistry within a space of around 2 hours, with exam tips and content builders so that students can be best prepared for their upcoming examinations, with 96% of students saying that they would recommend these sessions to a friend!
“I understand some concepts now that I couldn't quite grasp before.”
“Very clear overview of everything and found the exam tips really helpful!”
“Lovely recap of the whole GCSE content. I am now prepared and filled in gaps of knowledge.”
I have also tutored students individually who have achieved 2 grades above their grades achieved at the Mock Examination!
Every session will be approached with the same level as detail as a normal lesson, with presentations and exam questions taking the forefront, with all resources available to students after the session!
However, my teaching approach can be dictated by you or your child’s requests or needs, whether it be exam technique, content explanation, guidance or going through exam papers, I will adapt your lessons to you. I am also greatly interested in how the correct revision techniques can improve learning and will create lessons which aid this process if needed.
I am able to tutor on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5-10 and well as Saturday and Sunday 10-4. However, during school holidays and I am able to take a more flexible timetable with many slots Monday - Saturday.
I also can reduce lesson prices by 10% if you commit to regular sessions, paid in blocks of 5.
If you have any questions or timing inquires please do not hesitate to contact me!
