I am a friendly person with a good sense of humour who is completely obsessed by music. I adore the piano and love meeting new students of whom I can share my passion for this wonderful instrument.

The Kawai Grand Piano I teach from is situated within a bay window in a stunning location in Dulwich Village. I went to Dulwich College and then onto Newcastle University where I studied a Music Degree achieving a first class honours. Here I gained lots of performing experience and knowledge about music.
I am also able to teach music theory up to grade 8 as well as the school curriculum.
I have around five years of piano teaching experience with an active cohort of 30 students of various ages and backgrounds.
I take a focused and targeted approach to lessons all the while keeping the students’ best interests in mind. Successful piano lessons starts with the teacher / student bond and I am keen we build a positive, working relationship. I offer practical advice and the student will always feel they have something to take away and work on. I try to make best use of the time available and use effective time management skills for this. Ultimately I will make every effort to ensure all my students achieve their full potential.
