I'm pursuing a PhD in medical imaging and artificial intelligence at the University of Surrey. I'm also an honorary member of the Institute of Cancer Research and the National Physical Laboratory. I love to talk about science, getting paid to do so is always a bonus.

Tutoring Experience

Since obtaining my Master's degree in physics I've worked as a private tutor and an assistant teaching maths to first year engineering undergraduates alongside my PhD for about 2 years now.

Tutoring Approach

• I tutor remotely, using a two way whiteboard to illustrate a concept while I explain it and answer your questions.
• I'll test your understanding and get you to practice what you've learned frequently by asking thought provoking questions..
• In addition, I'll point you towards any useful videos and resources online. And, if you like to try practice questions on your own I'll happily mark them before a lesson and go through them with you.
