As a PhD student (a final year) in Innovation Management, I have developed excellent time management skills and can demonstrate good communication and literacy skills. They are the keys at this level of study which requires good systematic working and presentation skills along with attention to detail evidenced whilst coding responses from interviews with industry specialists for the research aspect of my studies. My research is about Business Process Innovation: Social Media Implementation in SMEs.

I am a hard-working and caring tutor. I am from Thailand originally and I could deal with a variety of children and general people professionally and effectively. I am also a very calm person and this helps me to be able to teach all kinds of children and adults. As a friendly tutor, all of my tutees would feel comfortable and relaxed to ask me any questions, problems and any difficulties. I am able to support their strengths and develop the students' weaknesses. I am reliable and qualified by my degrees (Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer from the university in Thailand, Master degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from University of Brighton, England and now studying a final year of a doctoral degree in Innovation Management at University of Leeds). In the meantime, I am a government officer of the Ministry of Industry, Thailand and have been working for the government for 10 years. I have got a full scholarship for both master and PhD level in England. I love teaching because it inspires me to deliver and combine all of my experiences, skills and knowledge that I have for the children who I have taught. Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching as a tutor in Thailand and England for nearly 10 years. Currently, I am teaching Maths and Physics mainly, includes Thai and English occasionally from 7-18 years old (primary, secondary, GCSE, college and A-Level). I am now tutoring a couple of students in the Preston area. Furthermore, I am a teaching assistant and a marker (about 3 years) of some modules in the University of Leeds for undergraduate and master students in the Business School, Management, International Business, Innovation, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Generally, I taught pupils individually, a small group is an ideal, including a big classroom in schools and the university as well. This includes the invigilation for local schools and uni of Leeds too. These experiences helped me to develop different strategies for managing various factors includes teaching and learning over different age groups of students. I am able to develop lessons, structures and prepare resources effectively to ensure students make progress and learn the set lesson objectives. I take great pride in how to manage or advise the students properly and correctly. Tutoring Approach

In Thailand, I worked as a supervisor on a production line in an engineering capacity and a coordinator for effective teamwork in a private company which required a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment and efficient management from upstream to downstream. As a Government Officer working with Thai SMEs, I have had experience and opportunity to visit many different factories and have good awareness and knowledge of procurement, planning, organizing, leading, controlling, production, warehouse management, quality control, customer satisfaction, and logistics and supply chain management. In the meantime, I am a consulting member to help SMEs for solving various problems and difficulties, such as factory layout, production line improvement, quality control, warehouse and so on. I am not just only a tutor but also an educational consultant who can suggest the children based on my careers, a variety of experiences and educational background when they have personal problems at schools or difficulties from lessons includes educational life to decide and it would be my honour to help and suggest them even though we finished our learning sessions. I would love to see all of my students to grow up with good education, beautiful future and have a quality of life.
