I am currently studying Dentistry at the University of Sheffield and I have 6 years of experience tutoring for the 11+, KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSEs and A-Levels. By working in a wide range of reputable tuition centres, I have developed myself as a tutor who can quickly identify students' weaknesses and work strategically to improve grades. I achieved an A*AA in A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology and 7 A*-A grades at GCSE. Also, I hold an enhanced DBS check to work with children and adults.

Tutoring Experience

I have been employed as a tutor at AE Tuition, Right Step Academy, Ahead Tuition and GT Tuition, where I taught A-Level, GCSE and 11+ students. Additionally, I have volunteered at Godolphin Junior School, working with 10 and 11-year-old children to help improve their mathematical skills, as well as tutoring my younger sister during her GCSE exams, in which she performed remarkably well. I have also held workshops for A-Level Chemistry and Biology for students at my school.

Tutoring Approach

I believe it is crucial to take the time to understand and target a student's weaknesses and work on them in particular by practising all question types, as well as work through the whole of their course at a comfortable, yet efficient pace. I work out the best way a student learns by taking a creative approach - using mind maps and diagrams to help understand and memorise the content.
