Yasmin

I worked as a research scientist for the wellcome unit of molecular parasitology at Glasgow university , during this time I was an integral part of research which was published in prestigious science journals.
I left research to work with the ethnic minority community, providing careers guidance, my command of other languages proving to be an invaluable asset. For the last 15 years my passion has been teaching maths at all levels, in both the Scottish and English curriculum.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience of tutoring maths across a range of abilities both one to one and in group settings. I offer in person sessions in the Glasgow area , and
online sessions for students further away.
I provide lessons for s1-s6 Scottish math students , in particular national 5 , higher and advanced higher. I also teach A-LEVEL /GCSE .

The correct support and encouragement are fundamental to a successful outcome, every individual is unique and it is important that the process of building a solid foundation is tailored to individual needs.
