I am a highly qualified and dedicated tutor with a Doctorate in Cardiovascular Science (Ph.D. in Medical Science) and a BSc in Biomedical Science. With over 10 years of tutoring experience, I have a proven track record of helping students excel in 11+ entrance exams, GCSE Maths, English, Science, and A-Level Biology.

My lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs, whether they are preparing for the 11+, GCSEs, or A-Level Biology. I focus on building a strong foundation, enhancing problem-solving skills, and mastering exam techniques.

Each session is personalised, with a variety of teaching methods used to suit the student. For GCSE and A-Level students, we focus on exam preparation through past papers, targeted practice questions, and mock exams to refine exam technique. For 11+ students, I cover Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics, and English, incorporating regular mock tests to ensure thorough preparation.

I create a positive, motivating atmosphere and tailor the pace of lessons to match each student’s learning style, ensuring they feel confident and fully prepared for their exams. I actively encourage students to ask questions, fostering an open and supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable to challenge themselves.

In addition, I provide constructive feedback, helping students track their progress. I believe in building a strong rapport with students, so they not only achieve their academic goals but also develop a passion for learning.
